Hypnosis is profound in affecting change, simply through you being in a relaxed and receptive state with a deep willingness to look at the issue you’d like to release or overcome.

What do I need to do?
There is nothing for you to do. Really. Except listen to my voice and be guided by my instructions to allow your conscious mind to wander elsewhere while you use your imagination.

You will benefit from your first session. Depending on your personal situation, a package of sessions may be required to achieve your desired outcome.

In your initial free-consultation we’ll discuss the concept of being hypnotized and explore the sensations associated with being in a hypnotic state. It’s common for people to have a singular perception of what ‘trance’ involves, often shaped by entertainment hypnosis.

We’ll clarify and demystify the genuine experience of being hypnotized so you can discover the therapeutic benefits that come with it.

Some people enter a relaxed and receptive state more efficiently or easily than others and that’s where an individually tailored session is beneficial.

We will start with a discussion around the theme of the session, giving you an opportunity to understand how I view this issue and how it can be released/overcome.

This will also enable you to understand how I intend to frame the session and offer some insight into the techniques I'll use ultimately giving us a chance to be on the same page. Then we'll venture into a hypnosis.
