Esther Kelly
Hi, I’m Esther a certified and practicing hypnotherapist based in Brisbane, Australia and mainly operating via zoom. I see clients from around Australia, the UK, USA and Spain. One thing we all seem to have in common is a limited understanding of the power of our own unconscious.
With over 20 years’ experience of working with people in both intimate and broader settings, I blend empathy and insight to create a sanctuary where clients feel genuinely safe and at ease. My practice is all about holding a nurturing space that invites you to be willing and open, setting the stage for profound and lasting change. I am committed to guiding you through your transformative journey, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way as you integrate positive shifts into your life.
Maintaining a bi-lingual home and with years of international work behind me, I welcome clients who speak English as a 2nd language.
Beyond the joy I get from my two daughters and husband, my passions include laughter, adventure and continually overcoming my own unhelpful limiting self-beliefs. This personal journey empowers me to facilitate and witness profound transformations in others.
Imposter Syndrome

Perimenopause

Fear of Medical Procedure

Fear of Flying
Since childhood I suffered from air sickness that requires prescription medication. Even when medicated I have become extremely sick to the point of having to exit the plane in a wheelchair at the end of the flight. In the lead up to this long-haul trip I started feeling extremely anxious about the prospect of flying and felt nauseous every time I thought about the flights. I hadn’t tried hypnosis before but thought it was worth a shot.
Esther talked to me about what I was experiencing and the history of sickness. She was very calm, grounded and curious and we discussed the hypnotherapy for the two online sessions. Following the sessions I felt as though some kind of wall or barrier came up in my mind every time I thought about the trip. It was like my mind just would let me go to that place of anxiety or what if.
I travelled over three days to get to my destination and another three days to get back, six flights in all. Not only did I not feel stressed and anxious but to my great relief I didn’t get sick at all, not even following in-air turbulence.
